Qualifications

Is a CDT = Role Model in performance, attitude, professionalism, accountability and dress code
Seeks knowledge, strives for excellence in health & safety, food quality & Guest service
Has passion for what they do; compassion for whom they come in contact
Lives with honor & integrity; has courage to live by the highest of standards
High energy, endurance to withstand 10-12 hour shifts
Certified and currently working in the position that you desire to train
Has availability to travel frequently, for extended periods of time (up to 21 days a minimum of 3 times a year)
Has recommendation from General Manager, Kitchen Manager and ROD
Is at least 19 years old
Has a valid driver’s license
Has desire
